About Me

If you are looking for a counsellor, then it is important that you find someone you feel comfortable talking to.  With this in mind, here is a little bit about me, to help you make your choice.

I’m Jennifer and I live in Macclesfield, Cheshire.  I am a registered counsellor and I have experience working with adults, children and young people.

Before training as a counsellor, I worked in research, an interactive job which involved working as a team.  I found that my strengths lay in forming collaborative relationships with my colleagues and that these relationships were built on trust and honesty.  Alongside my life experience, with its losses and challenges, these skills led me on my counselling journey.

Having experienced counselling myself, I understand how daunting it can be to take the first step.  Please get in touch if you would like to take that step.
